Job Description
Fishing guides at No See Um Lodge are responsible for delivering safe, professional, and memorable fly-out fishing experiences. While guiding is the primary focus, all staff pitch in as needed to support daily lodge operations. A positive attitude, flexibility, and team-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications & Skills
Certifications/Licenses:
Strong fly-fishing background
Minimum 1 year experience as a fly-fishing guide
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and on-water issues
Comfortable living and working in a remote wilderness environment
Valid driver’s license
Coast Guard license
Jet boat experience
Previous Alaska guiding experience (preferred)
