Saltwater Fly Fishing Guide Opportunity – Puerto Rico About No Name Lodge No Name Lodge is Puerto Rico's premier saltwater fly fishing lodge, built around exploration, adventure, and world-class fishing. We're not just another fishing operation. Every No Name location begins as an unexplored fishery, where we spend years learning the water, culture, and local way of life before establishing a permanent lodge. Our guests come from all over the world to chase aggressive tarpon and technical permit while experiencing the island beyond the fishing. If you enjoy sight-fishing, poling skiffs, and helping anglers have the trip of a lifetime, we'd love to hear from you. What We're Looking For We're seeking experienced saltwater guides who are available to travel and work in Puerto Rico for a minimum of one month at a time. Season: February – November Peak Need: March, April, May & June During peak season, we employ up to 8 full-time guides. What We Provide All travel expenses covered Housing provided Company vehicle provided Maverick HPX-V skiff provided Weekly guaranteed pay Guaranteed tips Opportunity for longer-term placements throughout the season Each guide will have access to a Tacoma and a fully outfitted Maverick HPX-V skiff. Requirements Applicants must have: USCG Captain's License (or equivalent skipper credential) Experience poling a flats skiff Strong customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to pole and guide five consecutive days per week (Monday–Friday) Fly fishing experience preferred *If you are a freshwater trout guide with a USCG license and looking to learn, reach out. We have the ability to train! The Fishery Our guests primarily target: Tarpon Permit Expect a mix of technical permit fishing, laid-up fish, migratory schools, and aggressive tarpon willing to eat on the surface.
