Job Description
We’re looking for 3 Junior Fishing Guides to join our team for the 2026 season. This is an entry-level position for anglers looking to get their foot in the door and build real experience in Southeast Alaska.
📅 Season: May 1 – September 30
(Start dates are flexible)
Requirements:
• Must know how to tie flies
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Passion for fly fishing and the guide lifestyle
• Must complete the application on our website and submit a resume
Job duties include:
• Working in the fly shop
• Driving guests to and from trips
• Assisting with aircraft operations
• Opportunities to guide as skills develop
🏠 Housing options available
✈️ This is NOT a pilot position
Spots are limited — only 3 junior guide positions available. We are accepting application from Now until January 12th and will begin interviews the 13th and 14th.
