Location: Turpin Meadow Ranch, Yellowstone National Park, and local fisheries
Position Type: Seasonal, Full-time

Job Description: Turpin Meadow Ranch is seeking an experienced and passionate Fly Fishing Guide to lead Walk and Wade fishing trips for our guests in Yellowstone National Park and nearby fisheries, including the Buffalo Fork River, Pacific Creek, Spread Creek, and Blackrock Creek. In addition to guiding, the successful candidate will conduct Family Fly Fishing excursions and provide Casting Lessons and Fly Fishing 101 classes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Walk and Wade fishing trips for guests, providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Guide guests on excursions to local fisheries such as the Buffalo Fork River, Pacific Creek, Spread Creek, and Blackrock Creek.
• Conduct Family Fly Fishing excursions tailored to the needs and preferences of guests.
• Teach Casting Lessons and Fly Fishing 101 classes to guests of all skill levels.
• Ensure guest safety at all times during fishing activities.
• Provide knowledgeable commentary on local flora, fauna, and conservation efforts.
• Maintain and clean fishing equipment and gear.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Ranch management team.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of guiding experience in fly fishing.
• Current and valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Own personal reliable transportation to and from the ranch.
• Must have a clean driving record, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teaching and instructional abilities.
• Passion for fly fishing and outdoor adventure.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local fisheries and their ecosystems is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be physically fit and able to hike and wade in varying terrain and weather conditions.
