We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Fly Fishing Guide to lead clients on unforgettable fishing adventures. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fly fishing and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others. As a Fly Fishing Guide, you will be responsible for providing expert instruction, ensuring safety, and creating a memorable experience for our clients while exploring beautiful fishing locations.
Duties
• Lead guided fly fishing trips for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Educate clients on fly fishing techniques, equipment usage, and local fish species.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skill levels and tailor the experience accordingly.
• Demonstrate proper casting techniques and assist clients in improving their skills.
• Maintain all necessary equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all scheduled activities are completed within the trip duration.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages learning and enjoyment.

Must be Montana Licensed
