Fly Fishing Guide

Brooks Lake Lodge & Spa is seeking Fly Fishing Guides for the Summer 2025 season. Brooks Lake Lodge & Spa is a guest ranch located in the stunning Absaroka Mountains of Dubois, WY just outside Jackson Hole, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

Employees will need to report to work in early June and stay for the duration of the season, which runs through September 19th. Compensation includes salary, room and board, and an end-of-the-season bonus.

The Fly fishing guide position includes teaching guests the basics of fly fishing, understanding which flies to use when and where, getting guests set up with gear, untangling lines, proper handling of fish, transporting guests to different lakes and rivers for fishing, cutting firewood, and other lodge duties.

All meals provided, housing provided free of charge, access to horseback riding, hiking, canoeing, archery. 1.5 hours from Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park and 2 hours from Yellowstone National Park.
